Dr. Tow Lim graduated from the University College, University of London in 1989. He trained in ophthalmology at the University Hospital in Nottingham before migrating to Australia in 1996.

Dr. Lim completed his Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists examinations in 2000 after training for at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. (U.K.)
